The red seabream (Pagellus bogaraveo) is a fish with firm, delicate white flesh that is highly prized by chefs. Its small size, ideal for individual portions, makes it perfect for the careful and elegant presentation of a whole fish. This fish is prepared by our fishmongers at the Le Delas seafood workshop in Rungis the night before the order is shipped, ensuring optimal freshness.

The delicate flesh of the red porgy lends itself to simple cooking methods that bring out its flavour. It is excellent baked in a salt crust, grilled on the barbecue or plancha, or pan-fried. It goes perfectly with a drizzle of olive oil, herbes de Provence and fresh vegetables.
Storage and preparation advice:
This product is fresh and must be kept in the refrigerator. It is recommended that you consume it quickly to preserve its taste. The product can be frozen upon receipt.
