The Breton sardine (Sardina pilchardus) is a fish with delicate flesh, rich in flavour, emblematic of the French coast. Its small size makes it ideal for grilling or frying. This fish is prepared by our fishmongers at the Le Delas seafood workshop in Rungis the night before the order is shipped, ensuring optimal freshness.
