Squid is a premium product, highly prized by professionals for its tender flesh and delicate flavour. Available in sizes ranging from 300 to 500g, it has been selected for its quality by the Tide Le Delas team. Like all products from our Tide workshop, it is guaranteed to be as fresh as possible: the squid is prepared on site on the day your order is dispatched. Professional culinary uses: Squid is a versatile ingredient that can be used in many dishes. Its flesh is suitable for quick cooking methods such as grilling or pan-frying, and goes very well with garlic, parsley or tomato sauce. It is also ideal for seafood dishes, hot starters or tapas. Storage and preparation tips: Store in the refrigerator and consume quickly. Freshness is guaranteed as the product is prepared on the day of delivery, so it is best to use it as soon as possible after receipt to enjoy its quality to the fullest.
