The term yakiniku means "grilled meat" in Japanese. Yakiniku is a Japanese-style Korean barbecue. This sauce with rich aromas and an enveloping texture, is produced from soy sauce, mirin, onion, vinegar, apple and garlic. Meat or vegetables are marinated in yakiniku sauce before cooking. You can use this sauce as a barbecue or plancha sauce.
