N'oye, "little last" in Laotian, it's Julie. Accustomed childhood to make sauces, she creates her brand in early 2019 with her husband Jean-Pierre. Made in Normandy with natural products, these sauces are two-phase (without emulsifier). 3 sauces sharing the same base: olive oil and rapeseed (as a natural emulsifier once in the fridge), soy sauce, shallot, garlic puree, cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Each is added special ingredients: Japanese pepper and sesame, ginger, satay, for a subtle accord between French and Asian cuisine. They are used cold and hot: salad dressing, marinade on meat or fish, rice or pasta, oysters and seafood. Their two-phase structure also allows separate use: one side to flavor a mayonnaise for example and the solids of the other in topping. In 2019, they received the Trophée de l'Agroalimentaire on the whole range and the Golden Snacking for ginger sauce.
