100% natural, this black garlic is produced in Castile from IGP purple garlic "Ajo Morado de Las Pedroñeras" according to a slow fermentation process in a humid environment. Its pleasant flavor is deep and sweet, it evokes balsamic vinegar, licorice and umami, the Japanese "fifth flavor". Its texture is supple and melting. It does not sting and does not affect the breath, but increases the benefits of garlic and their bioavailability: iron, minerals, antioxidant active substances, anti-cholesterol, antiviral, neuroprotective ... It brings a new flavor to your salad dressings, whipped with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It is served in slices on toast with a drizzle of olive oil, fleur de sel and freshly ground pepper. Bound with butter, it perfumes fish and crustaceans, white meats, grilled vegetables or even steamed apples. It perfumes marinades, salads, accompanies goat cheeses or ewes.
