This PAD (Ready to Cut) Beef Sirloin is a prime cut from the lumbar region of the animal, renowned for its intense flavour and light marbling. This cut is prepared in our dedicated workshop by the Le Delas butchery teams. The PAD label guarantees optimal trimming that minimises waste and maximises yield for cutting portions in professional kitchens.

Storage and preparation tips:
► Storage: Fresh butchery product. Store at a positive temperature (0°C to 4°C).
► Preparation: For steaks and rib steaks, cook over high heat to obtain a nice crust (Maillard reaction) while keeping the inside pink.
