La Pommée - sweet and sour apple condiment 35cl

Seasoning condiment slightly syrupy, fruity, ideal for deglazing, reductions or marinades. This Cider vinegary is an alternative to cider vinegar, with 4.5 ° acidity, traditional acetic fermentation worked (Orleans method), in conical acacia trunk, then aged 2 years in barrels of 3 species (acacia, cherry and oak). The fruity taste of cider vinegary matches with salads, vegetables, fish and seafood. It can also be used to raise the acidity of a pommée for icing, a sauce or marinade. Its amber color does not mark the dishes.

Le Paulmier is a Norman craft house that revives the traditional hedgerow and its associations between the fruit of the orchard and the flora of the hedge (elder, pink), following the teachings of Julien Le Paulmier, author of the "First Treatise of Sidre" in 1588. This royal physician was ennobled at the end of the 16th century and acquired the seigniories of Vendeuvres and Grentemesnil, at the west of the Pays d'Auge, where the company is located. La Maison Le Paulmier creates "Pommées", beautiful French alternatives to balsamic vinegar, with delicate sweet and sour flavors of apple and pear, and "Acidulées", condiments close to cider vinegar, aged in barrels, with fruits and flowers aromas.
