Made with Burgundy blackcurrant pulp, with a characteristic taste, this vinegar can be used on many occasions: hot, cold, sweet or salty. Original and high in flavor, it enhances fruit salads, is perfect to deglaze carrots, peaches, pears, apples... and goes very well with poultry or snails.
The fruit revealed in demanding recipes combining authenticity, naturalness and quality, in juices, coulis, confits and famous speciality vinegars.
Nectars de Bourgugne was founded in 2004 near Beaune, in the heart of orchards and vineyards, to produce blackcurrants, the jewel of the local terroir. Its production, originally fruit juices and nectars, has expanded to include jams, purées, coulis, vinegars and syrups. The company produces or selects its own fruit, and enhances it by preserving its taste, colour and aroma. Our ambition is to select and process local fruit so that you can enjoy the full authenticity of their flavours.
