Nectars de Bourgugne was founded in 2004 near Beaune, in the heart of orchards and vineyards, to produce blackcurrants, the jewel of the local terroir. Its production, originally fruit juices and nectars, has expanded to include jams, purées, coulis, vinegars and syrups. The company produces or selects its own fruit, and enhances it by preserving its taste, colour and aroma.
