Only made with white wine vinegar and Burgundy honey, this vinegar can be used on many occasions: hot, cold, sweet or salty. Original and rich in taste, it enhances roasted fruits, salad seasoning or gives taste to tajines or meats cooked in a frying pan or wok.

Emmanuelle Baillard is an oenologist from the Champagne region, fond of taste and fruits with strong regional origins. She created Nectars of Burgundy in 2004 near Beaune, in the heart of orchards and vineyards, to work in particular the blackcurrent of Burgundy and the grape chardonnay, jewels of the local terroir. Its production, at the origin of fruit juices and nectars, has been extended to jams, purees, coulis, vinegars and syrups. It produces or selects its fruits, and values them by ensuring that they preserve their taste, color and aromas.
