This French beef skirt is sold by the kilo (weight may vary considerably). The onglet is a distinctive cut, highly prized for its strong flavour. This whole cut is sold semi-trimmed, making it ideal for chefs who wish to finish the preparation themselves according to their specific requirements and for excellent yield. It is selected with care by Le Delas, a wholesaler in Rungis, and is prepared in our dedicated workshop by the Le Delas butchery teams. Culinary uses: The semi-trimmed skirt steak offers a wide range of uses and great freedom in preparation: ► Grilling and Pan-frying: Ideal for cutting into steaks for quick cooking over a high heat.
