These 5 French beef sirloin steaks are cut into regular portions of approximately 250g each. You can choose your preferred breed from: Aubrac, Blonde d'Aquitaine, Charolaise, Limousine, Normande, or Salers. These sirloin steaks are cut into portions in our dedicated workshop by the butchery teams at Le Delas, a wholesaler in Rungis. The consistency of the weight is a major advantage for managing portion costs and standardising plates for quality service.
