This French-bred Baroness Beef Tenderloin is available to order, with a choice of breeds including Aubrac, Blonde d'Aquitaine, Charolaise, Limousine, Normande, or Salers. The Aiguillette Baronne is a prized cut, known for its fine texture and tenderness. The selection of a French breed gives this cut superior flavour and quality. It is rigorously selected by Le Delas, a wholesaler in Rungis, and prepared in our dedicated workshop by the Le Delas butchery teams, ensuring excellent results.
