Culinary uses:
Perfect for mousses, bavarois, entremets, glazes, charlottes, aspics, and confectionery. Also suitable for savory applications such as terrines or cold dishes.
Preparation and storage advice:
► Soak sheets in cold water for a few minutes
► Drain and incorporate into a warm preparation to activate
