This distinctive cheese, produced in accordance with PDO traditions, offers the consistency and rich flavour essential for discerning cheese platters or creative recipes. Our expertise in cutting and packaging at our Rungis workshop guarantees impeccable freshness and a product tailored to your kitchen requirements.

Our cheese department manager tastes and selects for you the best cheeses, dairy and egg products. The cheeses wheels, from 3 to 70 kilos, are chosen one by one, then cut and packaged in our workshop, in order to guarantee an incomparable freshness and an optimal maturation. 1/2 grinding wheel, 1/4 grinding wheel, 1/8 or about 600g slice (depending on the cheese) are proposed to match your needs, and without compromise on quality.
