Saint-Marcellin IGP, the sweetness of the Dauphiné region in a small format. These 18 "naked" Saint-Marcellin cheeses, weighing approximately 80g (without individual packaging), are classified as Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). It is a soft cheese, made from thermised cow's milk (according to the technical data sheet provided). It is produced using traditional methods in the Isère department (Dauphiné region, France). Delas offers it in this practical 18×80g format, providing professionals with a cheese of controlled origin (PGI) that is ideal for serving, guaranteeing uniform portions and easy management of the cheese platter.
