Slices of smoked salmon are made up of small cut pieces or thin slices from the tail and collar. Mainly designed to be used in hot dishes (quiches, lasagne, etc.), they can also be enjoyed cold, added to salads or served on toast. To enjoy the full flavour when cold, we recommend leaving the packaging open for around ten minutes before eating.
The passion for high-end smoked salmon
Known at Delas in Rungis under the brand Le Monde du Saumon, the UFF house has been skillfully transforming smoked salmon for over 30 years. Very demanding in terms of selection of its raw materials (Salmo Salar) and manufacturing quality, its experience meets the expectations of restaurant and catering professionals. The fish are filleted and salted with dry salt by hand, in order to ideally preserve the firmness of their flesh.
