This salmon is sliced by hand, in thin slices. Its flesh, of a beautiful orange color, is firm and tasty. This Scottish salmon is hand salted with dry salt. Open the package 10 minutes before serving, for a perfect tasting.

 Known at Delas in Rungis under the brand UFF, the ATELIER SÖ house has been skillfully transforming smoked salmon for over 30 years. Very demanding in terms of selection of its raw materials (Salmo Salar) and manufacturing quality, its experience meets the expectations of restaurant and catering professionals. The fish are filleted and salted with dry salt by hand, in order to ideally preserve the firmness of their flesh.
