From the first to the last day of a long 16-week process, everything happens on the farm in Cauna, in the Landes, on 17 ha of grassland where the ducks live in freedom. Les Délices de Saint-Orens raise and then process their ducks themselves, and produce their food thanks in particular to the corn from their harvests. In a more than short circuit, this duck foie gras from the Landes is a rare, exceptional product, the result of controlled and deliberately limited production. To reach perfect maturity, the classic breeding and feeding times are extended, 14 weeks for breeding, 27 meals for 100% corn feeding. This artisanal production guarantees an authentic taste and the excellence of Saint-Orens foie gras. The range also includes extraordinary duck sausages and a tasty marbré.
