The milk chocolate mousse from the “Une histoire de desserts” (UHDD) range, selected by Le Delas, is a signature creation from the Breton workshop Marie Morin. Specially designed to meet the requirements of restaurateurs, caterers and food service professionals, this recipe focuses on simplicity and the quality of its ingredients to deliver a premium experience to the end customer. Made in France with 48% milk chocolate (comprising sugar, cocoa mass, whole milk powder and cocoa butter), egg whites and salted butter, it offers a texture that is both thick and smooth, as well as the colour and flavour typical of premium milk chocolate. Produced at a site certified to the highest level of IFS Food, this premium dessert showcases fine ingredients without the use of GMOs or ionisation processes, ensuring an authentic and traditional positioning on your dessert menus or takeaway display cases.
Professional uses, preparation and storage:
► Convenience and time-saving: This premium product is ready to eat straight away, eliminating preparation time in the kitchen whilst guaranteeing the consistency of texture and taste essential in commercial catering.
► State-of-the-art food safety: Production strictly complies with the FCD's microbiological criteria, offering complete peace of mind for both institutional and traditional catering establishments partnering with Le Delas.
► Optimised individual format: The 100g single-serve packaging (net weight) is ideal for optimising portion costs (without ever revealing prices), simplifying stock management and ensuring a smooth service during peak periods. The individual pots are grouped into packs of 6.
► Storage and use-by date management: To maintain the texture of the mousse and the freshness of the dairy products, the pots must be stored in a positive-temperature refrigerated environment between 0°C and 4°C. The product has a total use-by date of 23 days from manufacture, with a minimum guarantee of 16 days upon delivery.
