The Skyr offered by Maison Viard, available at Le Delas, is the result of rigorous artisanal expertise. Its farmhouse production guarantees a unique texture and nutritional richness that meet consumers' new expectations for healthier and more authentic food.
Terroir Excellence and Organoleptic Qualities
This Skyr stands out for its perfect balance between firmness and creaminess:
► Signature Texture: Denser than classic yoghurt but with great finesse, it offers remarkable creaminess on the palate without any added fat.
► Aromatic Profile: It has a very subtle hint of acidity and a milky freshness characteristic of high-quality farm products.
► Nutritional Richness: Naturally rich in protein, this Skyr is the ideal ally for "well-being" or sports menus, while remaining a pleasure to eat.
Advantages for the catering and hotel industry
The 140g individual format selected by Le Delas is particularly well suited to the constraints of professional service:
► Service control: The 140g pot provides a generous and consistent portion, ideal for breakfast buffets or premium takeaway sales.
► Culinary Versatility: Can be used plain, with honey, artisan granola or fresh fruit. It can also be used as a light base for accompanying sauces or fruit mousses.
► Brand Image: Offering a Maison Viard product allows you to promote your commitment to short supply chains and local products to your customers.
