Goat's milk yoghurt plain 2x125g BEILLEVAIRE

The smoothness of a farmhouse yoghurt made with ultra-local goat's milk
Produced in Beillevaire's artisanal workshop in Machecoul, Loire-Atlantique (44), this plain goat's milk yoghurt showcases an ultra-local supply chain: the milk comes from a farm situated less than 15 kilometres from the production workshop. Steamed directly in its pot, it has a naturally creamy texture that changes with the seasons, reflecting the authenticity of the natural cycle of goat farming. Despite the distinctive character of goat's milk, its flavour remains smooth and perfectly balanced. Packaged in 125 g glass pots and sold in packs of two, it stands out as a refined dairy alternative for breakfasts, dessert menus and hotel buffets.
Professional uses, preparation and storage:
► Culinary applications and presentation: Excellent on its own, this yoghurt pairs harmoniously with fine honeys, artisanal jams, fruit compotes or premium muesli. In savoury dishes, its balanced flavour also lends itself to making fresh herb sauces or accompanying mousselines.
► Promoting local produce and a local approach: Ultra-local sourcing (within a 15 km radius) and artisanal production enable us to meet end customers' expectations regarding traceability and environmental responsibility.
► Packaging and presentation: 125 g glass jars packed in sets of two. The glass packaging looks excellent on breakfast tables and catering buffets.
► Storage and shelf life: An ultra-fresh product to be stored in a refrigerated environment at between +2 °C and +4 °C until the use-by date (DLC).
Butters, dairy desserts, rice pudding, semolina pudding, panna cotta and small pots of cream, homemade with the authentic taste of good raw Vendée milk!
From his family heritage, a dairy farm in the heart of the Breton-Vendée marshes, Pascal Beillevaire has managed to reconcile two passions: trade and agriculture. Since its creation more than 40 years ago, Maison Beillevaire has brought together the entire dairy industry and its trade. Their manufacturing methods are inherited from artisanal know-how and respectful of taste and quality. These authentic desserts, small pots of cream and farm yoghurts are produced from raw milk collected hot morning and evening from farms located near the workshop, in order to guarantee production without any heat treatment. The butter is made in barrate and molded manually. After adding subtly selected and dosed ingredients, the desserts and small pots of cream are baked in the traditional oven, then cooled slowly, in order to preserve their creamy and melting texture. Their individual packaging makes them an ideal product for resale and room service.
