The Valansot artisanal delicatessen company is located in Thurins, a small village in the franch Massif Central. Having its highest point at an altitude of 791 meters, the climate is favorable to the development of cured meats, favoring a good dryness. This team of experienced charcutiers rigorously selects their meats and does quality work, entirely done by hand, to obtain products with strong and striking natural surface bloom, giving them the perfect taste sought. Their bloomy appearance and their slow drying testify an excellent know-how and a high-quality maturing. A quality recognized by the 2020 Gold medal of the Concours Général Agricole de Paris awarded to the traditional rosette!
