Storage and preparation tips:
This product is vacuum-packed and must be stored in the refrigerator. For best results, remove it from its vacuum packaging about 30 minutes before cooking. Osso bucco requires slow, long cooking to tenderise the meat and allow the marrow to melt and enrich the sauce.
