Gauloise Blanche de Bresse breed, an old and rustic breed with slow growth, Bresse poultry is a hunter and muscular poultry that lives outdoors in large spaces. Its diet is healthy and natural, including 1/3 of food found outdoor, sustained with dairy products and high quality cereals during a fattening last period. It guarantees a tender and melting flesh that effortlessly detaches from the bones, but nevertheless firm, juicy and marbled. Its skin is fine and pearly.
