Rich in white albacore tuna (33%), emblematic fish of Groix, this recipe is cooked with white beans and accompanied by a fresh ratatouille made on the island of Groix. Heat in the oven directly in its jar, 15min at 180°C.

Perpetuating the gastronomic tradition of the island of Groix, Groix & Nature offers artisan products ready to use based on seafood. In this real local culinary workshop, 15 men and women, proud of their roots, make all the recipes from raw materials mainly from local fishing. The rillettes, preserves and cooked dishes are entirely handmade without coloring or additive.
