These terrines and cooked dishes are made from exclusively wild and French game, healthy and excellent quality meat, which is sustainably renewed in our forests. The products bear the Ballons des Vosges Regional Natural Park Value label, a guarantee of quality and involvement in the region, contributing to the conservation of the ecosystem. Steeped in Alsatian culture and specialized in the processing of venison, the Nemrod house collects animals within a 50 km radius around the Fréland workshop. Alsatian white wines sublimate their wild and fresh meat, with great finesse, to make us forget the overly strong flavors of hunged game. Placed in jars and sterilized, they can be kept for 3 years at room temperature. Did you know ? Nimrod means passionate hunter.
