Country pâté with Armagnac jar 100g SEPT COLLINES
123430
This pâté de campagne à l'Armagnac, with its flavours of yesteryear and crunchy hazelnuts, is light and unsalted, with hazelnut slivers, juniper berries and an Armagnac jelly. With 96% of its ingredients from France, this pâté is ideal as a spread on lightly toasted farmhouse bread, accompanied by spiced shallots or thin slices of gherkin. It's also perfect on a platter with other spreads from Les Sept Collines, or with colourful homemade pickles for a touch of acidity.
This unique Parisian cannery offers top-of-the-range spreads made from seasonal vegetables and charcuterie, with original, tasty recipes and sourced as far as possible from short distribution channels.
Locavore, this only Parisian cannery, Les Sept Collines, is located in the Porte d'Aubervilliers district. Founded in 2021 by two friends, Ketty Six Sebag and Christophe Barut, the company seduced us with its top-of-the-range jars of vegetables and charcuterie in original, tasty recipes, simmered with talent. They work with seasonal fruit and vegetables from local farms and sustainable, or even organic, farming, which is fairly remunerated. The products carry the "Produit en Île-de-France" and "Fabriqué à Paris" labels.
