This Camembert is a cheese originating in France (Normandy), made by Fromagerie Gillot from raw cow's milk. This classic soft cheese with a bloomy rind has been selected by Le Delas, your wholesaler in Rungis, for its distinctive character (raw milk) and good value for money. It is characterised by an ivory to light yellow paste and a thin rind. Its taste, initially milky and mild, becomes bold and fruity as it matures, at least to "semi-mature" status.
