This A.O.C. Camembert au Calvados is the result of a twofold expertise: traditional maturing in the cellar and a coating flavoured with Calvados, before being coated with a fine crunchy breadcrumb. The result is a cheese with a distinctive yet balanced flavour, where the sweetness of the milk is enriched by the subtle, fruity notes of Calvados. Chosen for you by Le Delas Rungis, it can be enjoyed either cold or slightly warmed, to reveal all the finesse of its flavours.
Culinary use
► Enjoy as is, at the end of a meal, accompanied by a brut cider or a fruity white wine.
► Ideal as an aperitif, cut into portions or presented whole and slightly reheated.
