Saint-Nectaire AOP is one of the jewels of the Auvergne region. This dairy version, made from pasteurised cow's milk sourced in France, offers consistency and smoothness that are particularly appreciated by catering professionals. Its production area, centred on the Monts Dore, gives it a unique character linked to ancestral know-how. This cheese has a bloomy rind with short mould (white, grey or brown) that may reveal orange highlights. Its ivory to yellow paste is creamy and offers a clean, distinctive flavour.
