Handcrafted in Aveyron, La Pastourelle Roquefort (formerly known as L'Arbas) has a smooth and intensely creamy texture. Its blue-green veins are evenly distributed and marbled. This Roquefort has a distinctive flavour, with a deeply tangy and slightly fruity sheep's milk taste. It is matured in naturally ventilated caves dug into the Combalou scree in Roquefort.
