► Cooking techniques: Thanks to its excellent molecular stability when exposed to heat, it is perfectly suited to oven cooking, pan-frying and light frying, withstanding temperatures of up to 200°C without any deterioration.
► Use: This versatile product can be used directly in daily production and service, offering a smooth, consistent texture that simplifies bulk preparations in high-volume catering and by caterers.
