The organic seeds are selected directly at the farm in the Grand Est region, then processed entirely in Haute-Marne to guarantee exemplary traceability from seed to bottle. Professional uses, preparation and storage: ► Gourmet seasonings: Ideal for binding characterful vinaigrettes, whipping up emulsified cold sauces or creating delicate marinades that preserve the freshness of raw ingredients. ► Finishing dishes: Use as a final drizzle over steamed vegetables, crisp salads, white fish or carpaccios to add depth and an authentic vegetable note. ► Gentle cooking: Perfect for light stir-fries, steaming or low-heat wok cooking, at a maximum recommended temperature of 160°C. ► Use: Use straight from the bottle for last-minute plating or incorporate into your cold base preparations.
