This exceptional oil, produced by a first cold-pressing process without solvents or refining, preserves all the organoleptic qualities of the rapeseed thanks to the expertise of the Haute-Marne region's local supply chain. The Ferme de la Tuilerie's local commitment is based on absolute transparency and concrete support for French short supply chains. The organic seeds are selected directly at the farm in the Grand Est region, then processed entirely in Haute-Marne to guarantee exemplary traceability from seed to bottle.
Professional uses, preparation and storage:
► Gourmet seasonings: Ideal for binding characterful vinaigrettes, whipping up emulsified cold sauces or creating delicate marinades that preserve the freshness of raw ingredients.
► Finishing dishes: Use as a final drizzle over steamed vegetables, crisp salads, white fish or carpaccios to add depth and an authentic vegetable note.
► Gentle cooking: Perfect for light stir-fries, steaming or low-heat wok cooking, at a maximum recommended temperature of 160°C.
► Use: Use straight from the bottle for last-minute plating or incorporate into your cold base preparations. Do not use for high-temperature frying to preserve its natural richness. This 75 cl glass bottle is ideal for precise straining or direct incorporation into cold preparation stations.
► Storage: This long-life product should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat. Once opened, ensure the container is kept tightly closed to preserve all its flavour and nutritional qualities.
