Made by hand from organically grown red rhubarb stalks, this jam has a lovely natural acidity and a slightly pink hue. Thanks to gentle cooking and the addition of Fairtrade brown cane sugar, it preserves all the freshness and aromatic richness of the rhubarb. Its melt-in-the-mouth texture and slightly tangy, vegetal notes make it a refined jam, just as enjoyable on toast at breakfast as in a more elaborate dessert. It goes particularly well with fromage frais, vanilla ice cream or a shortbread fruit tart.
