A true fruit chef, this family business perpetuates traditional know-how by favouring open-air cooking in authentic copper cauldrons, thus guaranteeing a preserved texture and optimal aromatic concentration. It perpetuates the tradition of "the good taste of our childhood" with 55g of fruit per 100g, without colourings or preservatives, but only with the addition of lemon juice (for acidity) and pectin. The careful selection of whole fruits, combined with the use of cane sugar, allows us to offer a rich range of jams, marmalades, jellies, milk jams and more.
