The family Baudry Domaine is located in Auvergne at 550 meters above sea level, in the countryside, near a stream, where traditional jam making takes place for nearly 30 years. It continues the tradition of "good taste of our childhood" by seeking multiple ways to reveal the fruits generosity. The production of jams takes place according to traditional methods in real copper cauldrons, with 55g of fruit per 100g, without dyes or preservatives, but only an addition of lemon juice (for acidity) and pectin in variables proportions for a rich in savour result .See all products in this range
