Made from carefully selected whole organic Morello cherries, this homemade jam harmoniously blends the sweetness of Fairtrade brown cane sugar with the natural acidity of the fruit. Gentle, controlled cooking preserves all the aromatic richness of the Morello cherries, for a pulpy texture and a taste that's intensely faithful to the fresh fruit. Its generous fruitiness is equally at home on a warm croissant, a slice of rustic bread, plain yoghurt, a spoon-fed dessert, vanilla ice cream, an almond financier or a sheep's milk cheese.
