This pack of gilthead sea bream fillets (Sparus aurata) contains carefully prepared pieces with skin and without bones. The fish is farmed in Turkey and individually quick frozen (IQF), which ensures easy separation and great flexibility in the kitchen, without waste. In addition, the fillets are graded between 140g and 160g per piece. Delas has chosen this product to guarantee professionals a noble fish with fine white flesh, while offering consistent size and optimal preparation (boneless, with skin). Culinary uses and storage: ► Use: Ideal for cooking on one side, gilthead sea bream is enhanced by its crispy skin. It is also suitable for baking, steaming or cooking en papillote.
