The story of the Ravifruit company began with two farmers from Drôme, near Valence, who wanted to enhance the value of their fruit and preserve its authentic flavours for the most demanding culinary professionals. After 35 years and numerous business developments, the company has been able to stay true to its roots, reproducing the authentic flavours of fruit that is only harvested when perfectly ripe, and transformed into a variety of purees, coulis and frozen fruit, as well as blends of selected varieties that are 100% natural and free from artificial colourings, preservatives and flavourings. A partner of the Lenôtre culinary training institute, Ravifruit's products feature in the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie (the “pastry world cup”), and the company also markets its products via a selective supplier network.
