Freezing allows to respect all the qualities of the fruit and guarantees a constant quality in all seasons. A practical packaging in trays makes it easy to unmold, portion or pour. Defrosting recommended for optimum quality: between +2°C and +4°C for 24 to 48 hours. Possibility of thawing in a bain-marie or microwave at moderate temperature.
