Culinary use: Perfect for festive meals, end-of-year cards or gourmet platters. Serve with a noble garnish: gratin dauphinois, mushroom risotto or roasted vegetables. Reheat for 50 mins in a bain-marie or 30 mins in a steam oven (closed bag).
