A refined cooked dish combining the tenderness of pork tenderloin with the delicacy of chanterelles, in a creamy sauce lightly spiced with red port and cognac. The slices of meat are carefully topped with a light beige sauce made with whole mushrooms, cream, shallots and mild spices. This generous dish is vacuum-packed in 2 kg bags to guarantee perfect preservation and quick preparation.
Culinary use: Ideal for catering, traditional restaurants or as a festive autumn dish. Serve this filet mignon with chanterelle mushrooms with gratin dauphinois, fresh tagliatelle or mashed potatoes with truffle oil. For best results, reheat the sealed sachet in a bain-marie (50 min at 90°C) or the contents in a saucepan over a low heat for 25 minutes.
