Free from preservatives, they are packaged in a protective atmosphere to preserve their freshness and flavour. These French green beans (81%) are seasoned with onion, garlic, parsley, sunflower oil and olive pomace, salt and pepper. With no preservatives or flavour enhancers, this traditional recipe highlights the delicate taste of the vegetable, accompanied by notes of garlic and onion. Carefully selected by Le Delas Rungis, this product meets the expectations of professionals looking for authenticity and convenience. Culinary uses: ► Quick side dish: reheat over low heat or in the microwave (650 W, 4–5 min) and serve as a garnish for grilled or roasted meats. ► Catering dish: add to a vegetable stir-fry, a light gratin or a springtime pan-fry. ► Quick starter: arrange warm on a plate, drizzle with fragrant olive oil and add a pinch of fleur de sel. ► Cold buffet: ready to use, they offer a healthy and colourful alternative for your buffets or catering platters.
5A andouillettes, with string and from Troyes, renowned throughout France for their great class
Le Delas has selected andouillettes from Maison Hardouin in Vouvray-en-Touraine, for their quality and their Vouvray recipe, which has earned them the andouillette de Vouvray designation, of which they are the sole producer. Hardouin andouillettes have been renowned in France for several generations. Particularly lean, their 5A and andouillettes à la ficelle are made from French chaudins, and sublimated by Vouvray wine, a local Touraine wine, full-bodied, balanced, subtly fruity, with notes of sweet spices. Their andouillette de Troyes is balanced and classic, with everything you'd expect from a well-made andouillette.
