Delas has selected this tasty blend of tajine vegetables, consisting of courgettes, carrots, onions, prunes and green olives, seasoned with spices and citrus notes with candied lemon. Easy to prepare, heat directly in the packaging in a steam oven at 85-90°C for 25-30 minutes or in a bain-marie in simmering water for the same amount of time. Store between 0 and 4°C and consume within 14 days of receipt. An authentic and practical option for your menus or daily specials, to be served with a honey, apricot and prune lamb tagine or a lemon chicken tagine with olives and peppers, for example.
