Le Delas has selected these Confit Duck Legs from France, an emblematic and practical recipe for catering professionals. These duck legs are preserved in duck fat and then pasteurised for optimum preservation and a long best-before date, without additives or preservatives. They are vacuum-packed for quick and easy use. To prepare them, preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the legs from their packaging and place them in an ovenproof dish. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes at 180°C, then place under the grill for 5 minutes at 220°C. You can serve them as a traditional cassoulet, in a gourmet salad with sautéed potatoes and gizzard confit, as a burger with brioche bun and honey sauce, or as a dish of the day with roasted seasonal vegetables...
