Le Delas has selected this Chicken Cordon Bleu, a preparation based on cured chicken meat, turkey ham, melted cheese and breadcrumbs. This practical cordon bleu is already fried and cooked for quick use in professional kitchens. It can be reheated in a frying pan in a little fat for 8 minutes over a medium heat, turning it over from time to time. It can also be baked in the oven for 10 minutes in a suitable oiled dish, or deep-fried in boiling oil for 2 minutes at a time. You can serve it with a green salad and steamed potatoes, with a home-made ratatouille, or as a burger with brioche bun, salad and a sauce of your choice...
