Professional uses, preparation and storage: ► Culinary applications and presentation: Ideal for children's meals, finger food platters, hot or cold mixed salads, or chicken wraps and burgers. They pair perfectly with cold sauces (barbecue sauce, flavoured mayonnaise, tartar sauce) and chips or green vegetables. ► Preparation tips (must be cooked before consumption): In a conventional oven: Without adding any fat, bake for 10 to 12 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 °C (thermostat 6/7). In a frying pan: Cook over a low heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Recommendation: Reheating in a microwave is not recommended in order to preserve the crispiness of the breadcrumb coating. Do not eat cold. ► Safety and precautions: It is recommended that the product be cooked thoroughly. The presence of bone fragments cannot be completely ruled out. ► Storage and shelf life: Fresh product packaged in a modified atmosphere. Store in a positive-temperature refrigerator at between +2 °C and +4 °C (best before 12 days from the date of packaging). Once opened, consume within 24 hours.
